ASSIGNMENT:
 Review update and complete existing stakeholder maps
 Formulation of Engagement Plan
 Develop Systems for Engagement
 Develop Roll out Strategy with Pilots
OUTCOME:
1. Top 250 key stakeholders across regulatory, policy and reputational aspects of corporate strategy across government, academia, thought leaders’ industry association, and certification agencies at central level were identified
2. Assessment of top stakeholders through a sentiment matrix
3. Provided support to the team in formulation of engagement plan
4. Formulated Dossiers and Profiling of Stakeholders (Role, Responsibility, Previous engagement, Opinions and Attitude, Checklist of Meetings(Key Objectives, Message to be conveyed, Time and frequency of meetings and Impact of Meeting)
5. Formulation of Documentation Formats (Standard Operating Procedure, Minutes of meeting, Briefing Notes to name a few such formats)
6. Formulation of engagement strategy for the most crucial stakeholder
7. Developed stakeholder map for different committees under industry association at central and state level
