IndusGuru is excited to introduce our New Referral Benefits Program designed to reward our empaneled consultants for their valuable referrals of expert talent to IndusGuru. This program aims to acknowledge both niche skill referrals for live project needs and recommendations of other experienced professionals who could benefit from our platform.

Program Highlights:

  1. IndusGuru seeks and gets Expert referrals of 2 kinds

    • Consultant Referrals
      • Niche / specialized skills which are specific to a live Project Need
    • Client Referrals
      • Clients who have a live project/role requirement they could leverage On-Demand expert talent from the IndusGuru Network
  2. Our Referral-Benefits Program covers both these types of referrals.
Eligibility:
  • The Referring Consultant must be empaneled in IndusGuru.
  • The Referred consultant needs to be empaneled in the IndusGuru platform.
  • The Referred consultant must complete the first engagement within 1 year of the referral date. The Client Engagement can be of the following types:
    • Expert Call or SME Advisory
    • Long term Flexi-Staffing (3 months or more)
    • Full time Recruitment
  • In case of a Referral to a Client – it should be a New Client for IndusGuru
  • The Benefits program will be applicable prospectively for all new referrals after it is launched
You must share the Referral Details with any of the BD Managers/ Associates from IndusGuru you are in touch with

IndusGuru would like to appreciate successful referrals by sharing the value with our referring expert consultants – based on the type of engagement and contribution to growing our Expert Network.

Referrral Benefits:

Consultant Referrals to other Consultants

  • Expert calls and SME Advisory: INR 5000 for a successful expert Consultation, provided the first consultation takes place within 1 year of expert empanelment
  • Long term Flexi-Staffing or Full time Recruitment roles: INR 20,000 for a successful deployment / onboarding by a Client

Consultant Referrals to New Clients

  • INR 50,000 when a consultant introduces IndusGuru to a Client, where IndusGuru wins a project / signs an MSA/contract.

Payout will be done to Referring Consultant, in the month that we make the first fee collection from the Client
