Leading company into quality monitoring and management system
CONSULTANT:
A seasoned HR Professional with expertise across domains to build capabilities for driving people initiatives. She has over 10 years of HR experience spanning across industries like manufacturing, e-commerce, retail and IT. She has worked across the entire gamut of HR function including Designing and creating HR policies and policy manual; Designing end to end HR process framework: manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, exit, disciplinary grid, POSH; Creating process manual for all HR processes including flow, responsibilities and any formats/forms; Key talent management initiatives like performance management, talent reviews, new hire experience, RnR, leaders teach leaders; PMS etc.
ASSIGNMENT:
A Fractional CHRO to assist the HR function for the following deliverables:
- Design an organisation structure in line with the future growth plan
- Audit and evalute the existing HR policies and processes
- Overall management process
