Our client, a Big4 consulting firm was working with a lubricants' player for which they were seeking the advise of an Expert with experience in lubricants operations, supply chain and/or sales & marketing/ pricing to assisst in areas of marketing / supply chain cost optimization and digital transformation with respect to tool implementations. The project involved a comprehensive understanding of the lubricants industry value chain, including procurement (base oil/additives), blending, storage, and distribution across various channels, both traditional and emerging.
