It has already done an initial diagnostic / analysis of its IT support services cost base – covering outsourced SAP application support, manpower, infrastructure support and network costs. The company would like to engage an IT expert – Assist in benchmarking structure, practices and cost base with peers Identify productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives within internal IT organisation Review outsourced arrangements on cost and performance parameters, in particular the SAP application support and bandwidth arrangements Work closely with the CIO team to identify solutions to right size organisation and sustainable cost-base Drive action planning to enable implementation
