CONSULTANT TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROCESS, PROCEDURES AND SYSTEMS FOR THE CORPORATE AFFAIRS’ DEPARTMENT OF A LEADING ALCOBEV MNC

The Corporate Affairs’ Department of one of World’s Leading Wine and Spirits sellers (MNC) in India
CONSULTANT:
Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs Consultant currently working as an Independent Consultant with Global & Local Clients/ Think Tanks. Has worked for CUTS International and has interned under Dr. S.K. Chatterjee, Joint Chief, Regulatory Affairs Department, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, New Delhi & Mr. Manmohan Singh, Senior Manager (HR), National Thermal Power Corporation, Badarpur, New Delhi.
ASSIGNMENT:
To bring about a more stakeholder focused approach to the work of the corporate affairs department, and ensure it is embedded into all aspects – regulatory, advocacy and reputation. This entails enhancing the mapping of stakeholders, developing insight in their positions and priorities, developing an engagement plan and delivering to that plan
OUTCOME:
1. Supported the development of process, procedures and systems to enable the embedding of the stakeholder engagement approach
2. Coordinated with internal members to develop a strong stakeholder map and convert into an engagement approach
3. Developed templates for briefing documents, minutes, stakeholder profiles etc
4. Helped the CA team in executing the plan, landing meetings, follow-ups etc
5. Delivered to the rest of the team ways of working, SLAs and documentation for the approach
6. Supported the development of feedback systems to ensure the approach is working well
7. Developed thematic Stakeholder relationship through constant tracking and capturing narratives from CA team for respective stakeholders.
