A global technical solutions provider specializing in advanced lubricants, release agents, and foundry chemicals for the metal forming and die casting industries, with a legacy of pioneering innovations and customer-centric product development.
CONSULTANT:
- A Bachelor's degree in Science and a Diploma in Computer Science with over three decades of applied IT experience in manufacturing environments
- 20+ years’ experience in leading IT strategy and infrastructure in manufacturing, including multinational plant operations
- 15+ years’ experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional SAP ERP implementations (S/4HANA, ECC, Business One) across SD, MM, FICO, PP, and CRM modules
- 10+ years’ experience managing end-to-end IT projects involving network infrastructure, ELV systems, data migration, and cybersecurity
- Hands-on expertise with ITSM practices, vendor management, LAN/WAN architecture, firewall setups, biometric access, and CCTV systems
- Experienced with various reporting and project tracking tools including Citrix, SAP BIP, and Tally; limited exposure to Smartsheet SaaS
- Strong time management, stakeholder communication, and team mentoring skills, especially in high-pressure project environments
- Demonstrated leadership in bridging business and technical teams while driving IT-enabled process efficiency and governance

- Optimize IT budgets, reduce costs, and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure financial efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation through AI/RPA adoption, training programs, and structured roadmaps.
- Ensure IT infrastructure is secure, compliant, and resilient with disaster recovery and audit frameworks.
