ASSIGNMENT:
Project oversight and support for execution of T&M / DILO studies at the client location
OUTCOME:
The expert engaged in 3 stages:
- Pre-T&M Phase: Stakeholder & Planning Support
- During T&M: Study Execution & Oversight AND
- Post-T&M / Gemba: Analysis & Completion to support in building initial hypothesis on inefficiencies and root causes
