ASSIGNMENT:
The consultant was engaged to lead the rollout of JD Edwards Finance modules across the client’s European sales offices. The assignment involved:
- Translating country-specific financial and accounting regulations into JDE-compliant processes and configurations.
- Leading functional discussions with local finance teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Supporting data migration and reconciliation activities for finance modules.
- Ensuring integration of Finance with Sales and Inventory modules for end-to-end process alignment.
- Preparing functional documentation, test scripts, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) with local teams.
