ASSIGNMENT:
The project was a Central Government–led initiative aimed at driving reforms and enhancing the Ease of Doing Business across various states. The program deployed experienced strategy consultants who worked closely with state-level authorities, focusing on streamlining regulatory processes, reducing business bottlenecks, and improving overall governance efficiency.
