As Chief Executive Officer at Bajaj Capital Ltd, he led the company’s transformational journey by establishing Bajaj Capital 2.0, creating a scalable, tech-enabled wealth management business focused on client lifetime value, multi-product distribution, and omni-channel engagement. He previously served as Head of Aditya Birla Money MyUniverse, where he conceptualized and built one of India’s first digital personal finance aggregation and advisory platforms. His earlier roles include Vice President – Strategic Initiatives at Aditya Birla Financial Services, Head – Business Development at Birla Sun Life AMC, and Associate Vice President – Strategy and Business Development at ICICI Prudential AMC, where he drove business expansion, distribution strategy, and strategic alliances. He is recognised for business development, relationship management, and leadership excellence across the investment ecosystem.
