ASSIGNMENT:
The client engaged an expert to map the complete procurement and delivery lifecycle for essential food commodities—namely groundnut oil and wheat—distributed by NGOs across Saurashtra, Hyderabad, Vapi, and Goa. The scope covered assessing sourcing approaches, vendor management, procurement processes, logistics coordination, and final delivery execution across all regions.
OUTCOME:
A complete end-to-end procurement and delivery map for groundnut oil and wheat has been established, covering sourcing from Saurashtra and distribution to Goa, Vapi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. The full vendor landscape, sourcing mechanisms, logistics routes, transit times, and cost structures have been clearly documented.
