A large Indian Conglomerate Group
CONSULTANT:
An Renowned Cardiologist, having 25 years of experience and having worked as Director of Cardiovascular Sciences at Sarvodaya Hospital and Research Center. He specialises in Complex Coronary Interventions, Peripheral Interventions, Carotid Angioplasty, Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy.
ASSIGNMENT:
The client is venturing into Healthcare services and setting up a state of art 400 bedded multi specialty hospital and need Ex- Chief Medical officers of large Multi specialty hospital to join them as advisors in setting up the hospital, the project requires the advisor to support the organisation from scratch, land acquisition, building setup, identifying and helping source the right equipment and setting up relevant partnerships to run the hospital
OUTCOME:
The consultant has been a key strategic advisor at every step of the hospital setup, travelled with the client to various countries to identify right partners for sourcing state of art equipment's and worked closely with the promotors to lay down the hospital operations, staff hiring, etc
