Interim Human Resources Business Partner For A Global Health Company

CONSULTANT:
Senior HR Consultant with 20 years of experience across Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, and Banking & Financial Services, with deep expertise in HR Business Partnering, Transformation, Total Rewards, and Change Management. She has led complex, multi-country HR portfolios across India, Asia-Pacific, ANZ, Africa, Europe, and Emerging Markets. As Group HR Director at Dr. Reddy’s, she owned the complete HR lifecycle for the AAA region, Emerging Market COEs, and served as CHRO for SVAAS, a digital health subsidiary, supporting scale-up, restructuring, manpower budgeting, and M&A HR due diligence.
As General Manager & HR Lead at GSK India, she drove agile commercial transformation, specialty business build-out, GCC setup, leadership development programs, and award-winning employer branding initiatives. Her banking experience includes senior HR leadership roles at Barclays, Credit Suisse, and Citi, managing rewards, talent strategy, workforce productivity, and regulatory-aligned people practices.
She is PROSCI-certified, an MBTI Practitioner, ICF-certified Leadership Coach, and has completed Wharton’s “AI in People Management”, combining strategic HR depth with strong change and leadership capability.

ASSIGNMENT:
The project involves providing end-to-end HR Business Partnering support for the India organization, with a primary focus on the Commercial function. In light of evolving Indian labour laws, the role will focus on ensuring organizational readiness through compliance alignment, HR policy implementation, and process standardisation. Responsibilities include talent acquisition and development, employee relations, HR policy implementation, compliance with labour laws and local complianes, payroll and benefits coordination, change management, HR analytics, and employee wellbeing initiatives. The role works closely with business leaders, finance, payroll vendors, and regional HR leadership to ensure effective people management and operational excellence.
