ASSIGNMENT:
The client wanted to engage with senior leaders from bio fertilizer organization like T. Stanes & Company Limited, Kan Biosys, Mankind Agritech, Zytex Biotech, Amar Biotech to gain insights into the top-level structure (up till N-2 below CEO) and functional structure (up till N-1 below functional head) of the organization.
OUTCOME:
This assignment developed a clear, benchmarked view of organizational structures across leading bio-fertilizer companies. It mapped the top leadership hierarchy (up to N-2 below the CEO) and functional team structures (up to N-1 below functional heads), highlighting reporting lines, role spans, and functional segmentation.

This enabled the client to benchmark organizational design, identify best practices in structuring commercial, R&D, operations, and support functions, and uncover opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline decision-making layers, and enhance role clarity within their organization.
