CLIENT:
A US-based industrial equipment and manufacturing company with a global workforce, requiring seamless HR and payroll system integrations to support operational efficiency and scalability.
CONSULTANT:
Senior Workday Integration Consultant with 10+ years of experience in HRIS integrations, specializing in Workday Studio, Benefits, and Time Tracking modules. Strong expertise in middleware tools such as Workato and identity management platforms like Okta, along with deep knowledge of APIs, XML, and XSLT.
ASSIGNMENT:
The consultant was engaged to design, develop, and maintain complex integrations between Workday and multiple internal and external systems. Key responsibilities included:

- Building scalable integrations using Workday Studio and Workato
- Supporting Benefits and Time Tracking modules with accurate data flows
