A leading technology-driven Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) organisation specialising in executing large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects across sectors such as transportation, energy, urban infrastructure, and utilities.
CONSULTANT:
The expert was a seasoned organisational change management and HR transformation leader with 20+ years of global consulting experience across Fortune 50 companies, UN organisations, and government agencies. He has expertise in driving enterprise-wide transformation programmes covering culture, business processes, mergers & acquisitions, ERP, and digital workplace initiatives across multiple geographies. He has a strong background in organisational development, talent management, competency frameworks, performance management, and leadership development.
ASSIGNMENT:
The change management expert was selected to lead and execute a change management strategy, drive stakeholder alignment and buy-in, perform readiness and impact assessments, develop training and communication plans, and reinforce change through governance and KPIs.
