He has led integrated transformation projects for creating lean and responsive supply chain, implement SOP to deliver operational efficiencies, support Go solutions for Traditional Trade FMCG business.

ASSIGNMENT:
Providing business, management and other consulting services to clients. Advising the client on transformation, people, strategy, technology, operations, risk, regulatory or other consulting services engagements usually involving technical, business, or industry knowledge. Services typically include developing or guiding the Project team in developing findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the client.
OUTCOME:
The consultant advised on supply chain and industry insights into project deliverables to enhance client offerings across various projects. He also provided mentorship to project team members on industry trends and best practices.
