He was also the Head of manufacturing at Mahindra Hinoday Industries Ltd for one of the largest independent SG Iron foundry with a capacity of 45,000 TPA.
ASSIGNMENT:
Our client, a Global Consulting firm was working with their end client that is into Foundry. They were looking for a senior consultant with a metallurgy background in the area of foundry operations (grey cast iron and SG iron) in the Automotive OEM & Industrial equipment space.
OUTCOME:
The expert provided inputs in optimizing foundry operations (recipe, yield improvement, grade optimization, quality improvement). The engagement was for a period of 3-4 days in a month with a few days hybrid and a few days at client site
