EY Global Delivery Enterprise Technology - Head, Business Continuity (Associate Director) July 2020 - August 2023 - Responsible and accountable for Enterprise Technology BCM Program covering over 80 Functions globally. - Led the Operational Resilience program for EY Enterprise Technology by creating governance, resilience planning, testing, crisis preparedness and executive oversight across global technology Functions. - Designed robust, fit-for-purpose Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plan templates. - Worked closely with the EY Technology BCM Steering Committee to implement BCM Program in Enterprise Technology. - Designed Executive Resilience Dashboards comprising 36 Key Performance Indicators covering resilience maturity, readiness. - Crisis Communications: Conducted a study of existing 8 Communication tools, mapped their functionalities, performed a gap analysis for Crisis Communications and presented Recommendations to ET Leadership. - Made a Compliance Tracker for EY BCM Policy, ISO 22301 and enhanced existing BCM and DR Policies. - Developed Crisis Catalogue capturing 20 crisis and risks events, being updated on-going basis. - Contributed to a successful DR Drill for a complex China IT infrastructure.

RBL Bank Vice President, IT Disaster Recovery February 2020 - July 2020 - Created and got approved DR Policy and IT Disaster Recovery Plan at Organization level. - Designed a strategy for achieving 100% IT Resiliency, as part of Senior Management’s key initiatives for 2020. - Evaluated 4 DR automation tools from different DR Service Providers and initiated implementation with Continuity Patrol. - Created DR Run Books for 6 Critical Applications. - Added over 20 key IT Data Center missing components in IT Inventory and enhanced the inventory maintenance process. - Enhanced Application Impact Assessment process and started communication of the same with Business. - Started full stack back up Restoration process. - Compiled Reserve Bank of India’s DR Compliance requirements and started compliance reporting to RBI.

IBM Global Business Continuity Management (General Manager) January 2019 - July 2019 - Responsible and accountable for IBM's Global Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Program spanning over 100 countries and supporting more than 100,000 employees. - Partnered with Global Delivery leaders and over 50 Country BCM Heads to drive operational resilience across IBM globally. - Managed IBM’s Work Area Recovery (WAR) site of 800 + seats, catering to diverse Industry Clients. - Successfully managed “Business Continuity Awareness Week” May 2019, prepared 41 educational videos for IBM globally.

Barclays Bank Associate Director, Country Head: Business Continuity, IT – Disaster Recovery January 2008 - March 2011 - Designed and implemented entire Operational Resilience Program for Barclays Bank in 135 locations in India and Indonesia. - Collated business requirements from Business Impact Analysis. Presented costings to COO, CIO, obtained approvals. - Over 50 Full Scale live BCM exercises successfully conducted (first such initiative in Barclays globally). - Performed annual review of BCM Policy and BCM documentation to ensure plans reflect latest threats. - Engaged with Auditors, Regulators to evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of the BCM Program; demonstrated compliance. - Created Executive Operational Resilience dashboard having 86 KPIs, enabling Quarterly reporting to Senior Management.
